3-ways to pay
There are three ways to pay for your Empower products and services.
Online
Pay online at your convenience. You’ll just need the last name or business name on the account and your 4-digit account number, located on the bottom stub of your invoice in the box on the right.
Phone
You are welcome to make payments over the phone at 1-888-472-0297. Select option 6, to pay your miscellaneous receivables account.
You can mail your payments to 781 E. Industrial Blvd., Pueblo West, CO 81007. Please do not send cash.
