Budget Billing
Traditional Fixed Rate- Pay a set amount each month.
- Payments are calculated by totaling the past year’s electric usage.
- To avoid underpayment, that number is divided by 11, instead of 12, to determine the monthly payment.

Classic
Traditional Fixed Rate- Pay the same energy rate all day, all night, all year long.
- This is a good option for members who cannot shift electricity usage to non-peak times.

- Grid Access Fee $35
ETS
Time of Day Rate- Must have an association approved electric thermal storage unit.
- Get nearly half-price electricity for your households electricity usage during off-peak hours.
- Rate Plan Details:
- On Peak: 14.9¢/ kWh
- Summer Hours May 1 – August 31
- Winter Hours September 1 – April 30
- Off Peak: First 1,000 kWh: 7.6¢ /kWh
- Over 1,000 kWh: 6.2¢ /kWh
- Grid Access Fee $35
Super Peak
Time of Day Rate- Great for EV and ETS owners, but anyone can choose this rate.
- This is a great option if you can avoid using electricity during on-peak times, 5 – 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday.
- Electricity used during off-peak times is nearly half the traditional rate (per kWh), including all day Sunday.
- Rate Plan Details:
- On peak: 34¢ / kWh (5-9 p.m. Mon. – Sat.)
- Off peak:
- First 1,000 kWh 7.9¢ / kWh
- Over 1,000 kWh 5.6¢ / kWh
- Grid Access Fee $35

ETS Summer Hours (May 1 – August 31)In the summer, shift your energy use away from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. to an earlier or later time. |
ETS Winter Hours (September 1 – April 30)In the winter, you get an extra off peak window during the day. You want to shift your energy use to the late night or early morning, avoiding on-peak times from 7 – 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. – 11 p.m. |
Super Peak (Monday – Saturday, all year long)With the Super Peak rate you get nearly half-price electricity for 20 hours per day, year round, and all day on Sunday! |
