VanillaDirect Pay is a safe, convenient and secure service that lets you pay your bills with cash. By logging into the SmartHub App or using your paper bill, a personal barcode is available for use to pay bills with cash at participating retailers. The payment is applied to your account within minutes.
From your mobile device
From your mobile device, log on to SmartHub and click on “Bill & Pay.”
From there, click on “Pay By Cash” in the lower menu.
Scan the barcode displayed to pay your bill with cash. SIEA will refund one convenience fee per billing period.
On the next page, select view barcode.
From your paper bill
On your paper bill, the barcode is located on at the bottom of the last page.
Simply scan the barcode and pay your bill with cash. SIEA will refund one convenience fee per billing period.
