Pay by mail
You can mail your payments to 781 E. Industrial Blvd., Pueblo West, CO 81007. Please do not send cash.
San Isabel Electric has always and will continue to work with member-owners experiencing financial hardships on a case-by-case basis. Through SmartHub, you’ll be notified when your bill is due and you can pay securely with just a few clicks through your stored payment information in the mobile app or on the web. - Bring cash for your San Isabel Electric payment.
- Enter in your San Isabel Electric account number and the receive code. (15290)
- Complete the MoneyGram Express Payment blue form.
- Use the red MoneyGram phone or use the MoneyGram kiosk to complete your transaction.
- Your payment will be posted to your San Isabel Electric account right away!

San Isabel Electric’s prepaid program is available only for our residential members that have 200 amp meters, are not receiving assistance from LEAP, and do not make use of the off-peak rates offered to those with ETS units.
