We offer several convenient ways to pay your electric bill with cash, online, our SmartHub app, by phone, mail, and more.
Log In to Pay Online or with our SmartHub app
Pay it your way with SmartHub’s convenient payment options. Through SmartHub, you’ll be notified when your bill is due. Then you can make a secure payment online or with the app. With SmartHub, you can also save time and avoid late fees or service disruptions by setting up your preferred payment method and signing up for automatic payments.
Set Up Auto Pay
Pay on time, every time with Auto Pay for your San Isabel Electric account. Auto Pay makes paying your electric bill one less thing to worry about.
Benefits of Auto Pay
- Save time, postage costs and stress when your San Isabel Electric bill is automatically paid with Auto Pay.
- Each month, you will receive an email ahead of your payment due date so that you can review your bill before the payment is processed.
- On your bill due date, payment for your total balance due will automatically draft using the bank account or credit/debit card that you authorize. Combine this with paperless billing to make this payment option even more convenient.
How to Enroll
STEP 1: Log in to your account and click the Auto Pay Program link in the Bill & Pay dropdown menu. Then, follow the prompts to enroll in the Auto Pay program.
STEP 2: Changes to your Auto Pay preferences may take up to one billing cycle to go into effect. If you have a current balance due, please use another payment option to process your payment and avoid late fees.
Pay by Phone
We also take payments by phone. Just call 1-844-959-3013.
Mail a Payment
You can mail your payments to 781 E. Industrial Blvd., Pueblo West, CO 81007. Please do not send cash.
Pay Now online without setting up a SmartHub account
San Isabel Electric is making it easy for you to pay your electric bill or any billed invoice without having to create a SmartHub account or logging in. Simply input your account number from your invoice or bill and your last name, or the name of your business, to make a payment by electronic check.
Enroll in our PREPAID PROGRAM
San Isabel Electric’s prepaid program allows you to pay on your own schedule. No deposit is required. You can monitor electric usage and your account balance, prepay for your electricity and save money! Does your meter qualify? San Isabel Electric’s prepaid program is available only for our residential members with qualifying meters. Our prepaid program is not available to members on the time-of-day rate. Questions? Sign up for Budget Billing
Sign up for budget billing to make monthly electric bills more predictable and make budgeting easier. Budget Billing allows member-owners to pay a set amount each month. Payments are calculated by totaling the past year’s electric usage. To avoid underpayment, that number is divided by 11, instead of 12, to determine the monthly payment. In October, when monthly payments are recalculated, any overpayment or underpayment is applied to the calculation for future billings.
It’s important to note that budget billing isn’t designed to help save money, but to simplify personal budgeting. There’s no enrollment fee, and signing up is easy. This program is not available for members who are on a time-of-day or net-metering rate plan.
Eligibility:
- Please note, Budget Billing is not available for members on a time-of-day or net-metering rate plan.
- To qualify for Budget Billing, you must have received service at the same location for at least 12 months, have a good payment history and zero balance at the start of the plan.
Make a Payment with Moneygram
MoneyGram allows members to pay their bills in cash at any MoneyGram kiosk. Many large retailers such as Walmart, gas stations and thousands more offer MoneyGram’s services.
How Does it Work?
- Find the closest MoneyGram location near you.
- Bring cash for your San Isabel Electric payment.
- Enter in your San Isabel Electric account number and the receive code. (15290)
- Complete the MoneyGram Express Payment blue form.
- Use the red MoneyGram phone or use the MoneyGram kiosk to complete your transaction.
- Your payment will be posted to your San Isabel Electric account right away
Use Cash to Pay at select local retailers
You can now use cash to pay your electric bill at Dollar General, Family Dollar, 7 Eleven, Walgreens, Travel America, and Walmart. To make a payment, scan the barcode on the bottom of your monthly bill or in SmartHub at the register. After processing, SIEA will refund one $1.50 convenience fee per billing period. Pay In Person
Pay in person with credit/debit cards, cash, check, or money orders at a local office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
