InCharge is San Isabel Electric’s prepaid program and new payment option, which allows you to pay on your own schedule. No deposit is required. You will have the ability to monitor electric usage and your account balance. Prepay for your electricity and save money!

Does your meter qualify?

San Isabel Electric’s prepaid program is available only for our residential members that have 200 amp meters, are not receiving assistance from LEAP, and do not make use of the off-peak rates offered to those with ETS units.

You can use MoneyGram when making your San Isabel Electric payment!

MoneyGram is a way San Isabel Electric is allowing Members to pay their bills in cash! This kiosk can be found at locations that offer MoneyGram services like Walmart, gas stations and thousands more. This payment option is a new way for Members to conveniently pay their bill and use cash.

How Does it Work?

  • Find the closest MoneyGram location near you.
  • Bring cash for your San Isabel Electric payment.
  • Enter in your San Isabel Electric account number and the receive code. (15290)
  • Complete the MoneyGram Express Payment blue form.
  • Use the red MoneyGram phone or use the MoneyGram kiosk to complete your transaction.
  • Your payment will be posted to your San Isabel Electric account right away

Scan the barcode on the bottom of your monthly bill/statement at the register to make your payment. $1.50 convenience fee. SIEA will refund one convenience fee per billing period. By accepting or using the barcode to make payment, you agree to the full terms and conditions, available at vanilladirect.com/pay/terms. After successful payment using the barcode, you may retrieve your full detailed e-reciept at vanilladirect.com/pay/ereceipt. The majority of participating locations will accept cash payments up to a maximum amount of $500.
