Application For Service

Members can call 800-279-SIEA (7432) to speak with a Member Services Representative Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to start or stop service or click one of the below buttons to fill out an application form to apply for San Isabel Electric service.

Please send a copy of your ID with your application.

If the service will not be under a personal name (rather as an Estate, Business, Trust, or other form of entity), please contact San Isabel Electric prior to beginning the application. If the service requires new construction, please complete the application and also contact us for additional requirements by calling 800-279-SIEA (7432), option 3.

Once you have completed the application:

• Please return it to your area office by fax or mail.
• Please allow three (3) business days following receipt of your application by San Isabel Electric Association for initial processing.
• Once we have completed the initial processing, we will contact you regarding deposit information and any additional requirements to connect service.
